The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Training and Development Manager - Senior to provide support for our government customer in Orlando, Florida or remote.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities and staff of an organization.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  
  

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

BA or BS in any discipline. (Master’s degree preferred.)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate must have approximately three (3) or more years of experience with human cognition and performance studies.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the application of psychological principles and theories for the improvement of training, education, and human performance.
  
  

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
