Qualifications:

• A genuine desire to support patients and families with the best possible care.
• Education: Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council of Social Work Education.
• Licensure: Active state license as a social worker.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in healthcare or hospice settings.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift at least 25 lbs.
