Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time (10-15 Hours/Week)

Location: East County, San Diego, CA

Position Overview:
Join our fun, caring, dynamic and compassionate team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in East County! We are looking for a part-time BCBA to work 10-15 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fun, communicative, and possess strong organizational and planning skills to leas a pool of therapists. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
Provide training and support to behavior technicians and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify plans as needed.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure client success.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

Current BCBA certification.
Minimum of 3 months of experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays.
Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Bilingual (preferred) in Arabic, Chaldean, Assyrian, or Spanish.
