As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old.

We Offer:
  • No RBT? $15.00 to $16.00
  • Sign On Bonus $750.
  • Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
  • Pay based on experience, education, and performance

What We're Looking For:
  • 18+ years old required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable playing with children
  • Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
  • Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
