• *Position: Mental Health Coordinator*
• *Location: Leavenworth, KS*
• *Shift: 1st and 2nd shift 8 hour shifts, both weekday and weekend *
• *1st shift typically 8am-4pm *
• *2nd shift typically 4pm-midnight*
• *Pay: $2500 to $3000 weekly*
• *Contract duration: 13 weeks*
• *Must possess appropriate LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification.*

We are seeking a *licensed and compassionate Mental Health Coordinator* to support individuals within a *correctional facility* setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing mental health services in challenging environments and be licensed as an *LPC, LCSW, or LMFT* in the state of Kansas (or hold compact licensure).
*Responsibilities:*

• Provide mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
• Deliver individual and group counseling
• Coordinate care with medical, custody, and psychiatric teams
• Ensure compliance with mental health policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Respond to mental health emergencies and support crisis intervention

*Requirements:*

• Must possess valid *LPC, LCSW, or LMFT* license
• Experience in correctional or high-security settings preferred
• Ability to manage crisis situations and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
