About Job

An ACT Program that provides 24-hour services and treatment to adults who have a serious mental illness. Clients have been homeless, or are at risk of homelessness, and may also have a co-occurring substance use disorder. Community-based services include mental health treatment, substance use disorder counseling, vocational rehabilitation, peer counseling, and supportive housing.
Located in the heart of Californias Central Valley, this program operates within a close-knit community known for its agricultural roots, rich cultural heritage, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. With convenient access to larger urban centers while maintaining a quieter and more affordable lifestyle, the area offers a balanced pace of life that is ideal for professionals seeking meaningful work and community connections.
This is a flexible weekday position with hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. There are no weekend shifts or call responsibilities, and the facility uses the SmartCare EHR system.
