About the Role:
The Clinical Supervisor (After School BCBA) is a part-time, hybrid or fully onsite role perfect for clinicians who thrive on delivering high-quality ABA therapy, empowering caregivers, and mentoring RBTs. You'll oversee a focused caseload of clients receiving center-based ABA services during after-school hours, with the flexibility to supplement your schedule with daytime clients as desired.

Part-time Clinical Supervisor - After-School ABA Program

Join us as we launch an exciting new after-school ABA program designed to support children with autism and their families. This is a foundational role in a new initiative, offering the unique opportunity to help shape the program from the ground up.
About the Role:
The Clinical Supervisor (After School BCBA) is a part-time, hybrid or fully onsite role perfect for clinicians who thrive on delivering high-quality ABA therapy, empowering caregivers, and mentoring RBTs. You'll oversee a focused caseload of clients receiving center-based ABA services during after-school hours, with the flexibility to supplement your schedule with daytime clients as desired.
Program Hours:
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Case Oversight
- Provide clinical supervision for a focused caseload of ABA clients
- Ensure treatment plans are individualized, data-driven, and rooted in best practices
- Maintain a target of 22 billable hours per week
Caregiver Collaboration
- Deliver one-on-one caregiver training to support home generalization
- Facilitate group training sessions to foster community and education
Client Onboarding & Planning
- Conduct intake assessments and write comprehensive treatment plans
- Regularly update goals based on progress monitoring and clinical judgment
RBT Development
- Mentor and monitor RBTs to ensure high clinical fidelity
- Conduct routine performance check-ins and provide targeted feedback
- Deliver in-the-moment coaching and ongoing skill development
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (required)
- Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- A collaborative spirit and growth mindset
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Base salary $45,000 - $57,000 (salary commensurate with experience)
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
- Part-time, exempt, salaried position

What Will Set You Apart:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst required
- Clinical setting experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Established management skills.
