About Job
We’re seeking a BCBA who has hands-on experience with Texas insurance payers (including Medicaid and private plans), understands authorization and billing processes, and can help ensure clinical services align with payer rules. You’ll work directly with leadership to create systems and strategies — with the potential to grow into a Clinical Director role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing support and training
- Help ensure compliance with Texas-specific insurance requirements (e.g., Texas Medicaid, Superior, Aetna, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership to build efficient clinical workflows
- Assist with documentation, treatment plan writing, and audits
- Participate in strategy development as we expand statewide
- Option to provide services via telehealth
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $84,563.90 - $101,840.39 per year
