Location: La Vista, NE (Home-Based, School-Based, or Center-Based, depending on client needs)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Work Setting: In-person
Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend availability

Flywheel Centers is expanding in Nebraska, and we're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in La Vista. In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of personalized ABA care while guiding and empowering those around you-clients, families, RBTs, and peers-to achieve meaningful outcomes.

This is more than just clinical work. It's an opportunity to shape the lives of children with autism through expert care, collaboration, and compassion.




Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments

  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans

  • Provide hands-on clinical supervision and family training

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support care quality and consistency

  • Ensure all documentation aligns with state and insurance guidelines

  • Uphold ethical and confidentiality standards in all interactions

  • Accurately log billable hours using Central Reach

  • Participate in Flywheel-hosted training and professional development opportunities.

  • Support BCBA candidates and supervise RBTs when appropriate

You will report directly to the Regional Clinical Director and be supported by our experienced Quality Assurance team and clinical leadership.




What You Bring to the Table

  • Active BCBA Certification

  • Nebraska State License to practice behavior analysis

  • Demonstrated experience providing ABA services to children

  • Confidence in managing cases independently and as part of a team

  • A flexible, growth-minded approach to evolving clinical needs

  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
