Location: Hingham, MA
Duration: 2025-2026 School Year
Start Date: September 2025
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-2:00pm - MS, M-F 800-230pm - HS
Requirements: Special Education and Behavioral Experience

Middle school student is in 8th grade student with an emotional disability
High School student is in 9th grade student with autism
Experience:
Pay Rate: Up to $29/hour based on experience

Description: Looking for Behavior Technicians to work 1:1.

- Provide direct support to students in both 1:1 and small group settings
- Assist with implementation of behavior support plans and academic activities
- Collect and record data related to student behavior and progress
Experience:
- Comfortable working with students with high needs and behavioral challenges
- De-escalation
- Experience with data collection (types taken/programs used) and behavior tracking
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and supportive in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to support other students and classrooms as needed.
Pay Rate: Up to $29/hour based on experience
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
