Licensed Psychologist – Correctional Facility Full-Time Permanent
Location: Leavenworth, KS 66048
Salary: $135000 to $200000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to provide psychological services to incarcerated individuals. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering effective mental health care within a secure environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological screenings and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with psychiatrists nurses and social workers on care plans
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Make regular mental health rounds in segregation units
• Provide crisis counseling and behavioral interventions
• Assess changes in inmate mental health and escalate when necessary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active unrestricted license to practice Psychology in Kansas
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in a similar setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
