Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings (home, school, community) while following behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
- Collect accurate and timely data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure the highest level of consistency and quality in treatment.
- Support clients in acquiring and improving essential skills such as communication, socialization, self-help, and academics.
- Provide feedback to the BCBA regarding client progress, behavioral changes, and any challenges.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and uphold ethical standards in behavior analysis.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time and Part-time shifts available

Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus)
- Completion of an RBT training program preferred, but we offer the training for new staff
- Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement ABA techniques effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed
