As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, we prioritize supporting our team so they can focus on what they do best - helping clients thrive.
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold an independent license in Iowa, such as LMHC, LMFT, LISW or a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
All clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they practice.
Compensation: Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, number of sessions, and potential bonuses.
What We Need:
A commitment to seeing a minimum of 25 clients weekly.
A desire to be a part of a collaborative partnership.
Individuals comfortable with a range of clients, including couples and children, as we provide additional support.
Interest in advancing into leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong self-direction in managing tasks, particularly completing session notes within 24 hours.
Character traits such as integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care.
A passion for teamwork and professional growth.
