Job Title: Customer Care Advocate
Location: Oriskany, NY (Candidates must reside within 1 hour of Oriskany)
Start Date: August 4, 2025
Training Schedule: August 4 – September 26 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Nesting Period: September 9 – September 26 (Continuation of training)
Note: No time off is permitted during the training period.
Work Arrangement: Remote with periodic onsite visits (team meetings, training, etc.)
Shift Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST (Must be flexible as schedules are assigned based on business needs)
Contract Duration: 3 months with possible extension depends on performance
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to dental insurance policyholders via phone and email.
Research inquiries related to policy details, claims, and procedures.
Accurately process transactions and escalate as necessary.
Strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and empathy.
Navigate multiple systems (Salesforce, Insight, etc.) while handling customer conversations.
Maintain professionalism and service quality throughout all interactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.).
Intermediate computer literacy.
Ability to work flexible shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM, Monday–Friday.
Must be located within 1 hour of Oriskany, NY.
Comfortable navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous call center or dental office experience.
Knowledge of dental or insurance products.
Proficiency in Salesforce.
Strong keyboarding and multitasking skills.
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
