VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Psychiatrist for a position in Chinle, AZ!

• City: Chinle
• State: AZ
• Start Date: 2025-07-01
• End Date: 2026-06-30
• Duration: 1 year contract commitment with renewal options
• Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday
• Skills: Psychiatry
• 1099 Rate: $210/hr all inclusive (there is housing on site if needed)
• Certification Requirements:
  • Must have completed 36 months of Psychiatry Residency training with minimum of 6 months experience in the field
  • BC with American Board of Psychiatry or American Osteopathic Board of Psychiatry
  • No history of adverse medical board action, loss of licensure, or suspended licensure of any medical profession
  • Active DEA license
  • BLS certification
  • Valid Driver's License
