Description:
Behavior Specialists/BCBA monitors and supports programs for students with developmental disabilities and students with behavior difficulties by ensuring that ABA principals and best practices in the field are being implemented. Support special education students and general education students with significant behavioral needs by conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, consultation, and providing related trainings. Work on team with other Behavior Specialists. Oversee Behavior Technicians/RBT and provide supervision.
Experience:
School experience preferred.
BCBA preferred.
Qualifications:
New Jersey DOE Certificate: School Psychologist, Teacher of Students with Disabilities, or BCBA Certificate.
Terms of Employment:
Base Salary: $64,315 - $106,150
Employment Period: Ten (10) Months
Union Affiliation: SBEA
