Wage: $50,608-$88,152/annually (prorated). This wage is dependent on education and experience.

Position Details:

The School Guidance Counselor plays a key role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students in a smaller-scale school environment. This position provides individualized attention to students, works closely with staff and families, and helps foster a positive and inclusive school culture. Minimum Qualifications:

• Must hold or obtain an active School Counselor or related teaching license from MN PELSB.

• 3 or more years of previous teaching, counseling, or related experience is strongly preferred.
