Job Summary

We are a growing ABA organization with ABA experience in Texas, now launching our first Maryland clinic. We're seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at all levels, from new graduates to seasoned clinicians, to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup-style ABA clinic with the backing of experienced operators, where your input will help shape the direction and quality of services offered.

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Active Type 1 NPI (please include with your resume)
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and understanding of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for improving the quality of life for individuals through effective behavioral interventions.
• Active Type 1 NPI (please include with your resume)
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Clinical Director candidates should have prior supervisory experience
• New BCBAs are welcome to apply – mentorship available
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and implementing ABA-based therapy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $82,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
