Job Description:
We are seeking passionate, experienced Licensed Primary Counselor to provide integrated behavioral healthcare care services; that may include per licensure and/or certification diagnosis, treatment of Substance Use Disorders and mental/emotional disorders, and treatment planning. Primary Counselor will provide treatment services in the form of groups, individual counseling and some case management services as needed.
This program provides client-centered recovery services in a safe, sober community for drug and alcohol dependent women.
Individualized services include:
- Both traditional and intensive outpatient treatment for addiction
- Supportive housing
- Psychiatric services with medical support
- Mental health and trauma treatment
- Outpatient and all levels of outpatient services
- Family services
- Job readiness and placement

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning in accordance with licensure and certification standards.
- Provide evidence-based treatment for mental/emotional disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Offer counseling, support, and education to clients and their families to promote recovery and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in the Human Services field.
- Experience: 1+ years of working with Women
- Certificates & Licenses: Minimum licensure: LPC or LSW. LPCC or LISW preferred. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
