Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and be skilled in various therapeutic techniques. This role involves working with individuals (children, teens, adults, families) including those with depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, to provide support and guidance through their challenges. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and family sessions.
We have immediate referrals to grow your caseload quickly, and our clinic Bright Pine Behavioral Health has a strong reputation in the community (both among patients and our therapists). As a therapist, you will also have the opportunity to learn different testing screeners to utilize with your patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Provide individual therapy sessions focusing on mental health treatment.
- Facilitate family or parenting sessions as needed to promote social interaction and support among participants.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to medical terminology standards in all records.
- Collect data on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience in mental health counseling or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and medical terminology is essential.
- Willingness to grow as a clinician.
- Desire to work independently in a group private practice setting with provided guidance in an environment to foster clinical skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
