- Deliver interventions identified on the Treatment Plan with supervision from licensed clinical staff.
- Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community
- Provide side-by-side support and coaching to help individuals socialize. Conduct both 1:1 and group activities geared toward increasing Persons’ readiness to engage in rehabilitation.
- Ensure individuals have adequate financial support through assisting with finding gainful employment or applying for entitlements.
- Participate in the On-Call rotation.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable and insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record, required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
