- Support all aspects of the dental office
- Greet patients upon arrival
- Manage schedules according to appointment schedule guidelines
- Present and review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
- Organize and maintain case acceptance of 90% compliance rate
- Maintain quick call system to maintain scheduling efficiency and effectiveness
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and people skills, excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of dentistry, basic principles, and terminology
- Good organization and multitasking skills
- Present treatment plans, schedule patient visits, collect patient co-pays, manage the providers schedule, understand insurance breakdowns
