The Associate Patient Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact with patients, ensure the visit runs smoothly ensuring quality of care. Showing the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, all while providing great customer service.
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Location : Onsite - 6161 N State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75038

Primary Responsibilities
- Obtaining all patient demographics (correct name, date of birth, insurance information)
- Confirm and schedule appointments
- Check in and check out patients
- Answering phones and documenting calls
- Verifying insurance and benefits
- Works on simple tasks using established procedures
- Responds to standard requests
- Solves routine problems by following established procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience working in patient care that includes front desk, insurance verification and EMR system
- Intermediate level of knowledge of medical terminology, precautions and exposure risks
