About Job

New Behavioral Network is looking for seasoned licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LMFT or LPC) to provide comprehensive needs assessments and one-on-one counseling services to our clients in the privacy of their own homes.

Your Role:

  • Conduct individualized needs assessments to understand client concerns and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Support clients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and more.
  • Help clients develop coping strategies, resilience, and a path to wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience with in-home counseling or willingness to travel to client homes
  • Strong communication and empathetic listening skills
  • Passion for helping others achieve their mental health goals
