POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Heart and Vascular Institute at University Health is seeking a qualified Limb Salvage Program Coordinator. This registered nurse (RN) position plays a critical role in improving outcomes for patients at risk of amputation due to peripheral arterial disease (PAD), diabetes, and other limb-threatening conditions. The coordinator is responsible for coordinating and streamlining patient care across interventional cardiology, vascular surgery, endocrinology, podiatry, wound care, and other specialties.
