- Directly observe and supervise the registered behavior technician in all relevant settings.
- Provide parent training.
- Ensure the behavior support plan addresses the function of the problem behavior.
- Review behavior data, meet and discuss with the appropriate staff member any discrepancies noted on the behavior data.
- Consult, provide training to caregivers, conduct behavioral evaluations of clients, and design behavior and individual support plans for clients.
- Interview staff and/or family members who know the individual served well before the development of the plan to get background and preliminary information.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
