Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and adaptable Care Coordinator and Scheduler to manage caregiver recruitment, scheduling, care coordination, and HR tasks. You’ll ensure seamless service delivery, client and caregiver satisfaction, and compliance with tools like SwyftOps. The role requires flexibility, including stepping into caregiving during gaps and providing after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with caregivers and care managers for consistent service.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Address client and caregiver concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide after-hours support and step in as a caregiver when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in scheduling, care coordination, or HR (healthcare/home care preferred).
  • Proficiency in SwyftOps or similar software, Microsoft Office, and cloud systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work after hours and provide caregiving support.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
