Job Description:
We’re seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA with a passion for early intervention and social skill development. The ideal candidate values client dignity and autonomy and aligns with a Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach that honors each child’s strengths, interests, and pace of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide parent support and training.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA and integrate best practices into service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a BCBA.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
