What You’ll Do
- Design individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child’s unique goals
- Provide meaningful caregiver training to promote success at home
- Supervise and support RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and student interns
- Review session data and documentation to ensure clinical accuracy
- Partner with families and team members to align on treatment plans and progress
- Facilitate collaborative team meetings and encourage a positive culture
- Conduct assessments and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation
- Uphold the highest ethical and clinical standards in line with BACB guidelines
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
