What You’ll Do

  • Design individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child’s unique goals
  • Provide meaningful caregiver training to promote success at home
  • Supervise and support RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and student interns
  • Review session data and documentation to ensure clinical accuracy
  • Partner with families and team members to align on treatment plans and progress
  • Facilitate collaborative team meetings and encourage a positive culture
  • Conduct assessments and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation
  • Uphold the highest ethical and clinical standards in line with BACB guidelines

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
