? Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

Bridges, an alternative school within Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools (KCKPS), is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 20252026 academic year. This unique opportunity is ideal for a skilled behavior analyst passionate about working with students who exhibit severe behaviors in a specialized, supportive setting.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a diverse caseload of up to 14 students (3 middle, 5 elementary, 6 high school) with intensive behavioral needs.

  • Develop and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to individual student needs.

  • Provide supervision for 12 RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).

  • Train and collaborate with classroom teachers to promote positive behavior supports and a safe learning environment.

  • Contribute to an interdisciplinary team focused on equity, compassion, and student growth.



Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.

  • Proven experience working with students with severe behaviors, preferably in a school or alternative education setting.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration and training.
