Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000/year

Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior support plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
- Train and supervise staff on behavior plan implementation
- Monitor and revise plans regularly based on client progress
- Provide direct support, reinforcement strategies, and crisis intervention
- Document progress through monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Collaborate with medical and support staff to ensure holistic care
- Supervise BCaBAs, Behavior Technicians, and Direct Support Professionals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA or BCaBA certification (required)
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, supervision, and organizational skills
