What You’ll Do

• Case Management: Handle a full client caseload and personalize services based on individual needs.
• Documentation: Complete progress notes and assessments promptly (within 24 hours).
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide or coordinate emergency support when needed.
• Weekly Supervision: Meet with a Clinical Supervisor to refine skills and stay up to date with best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

• QMHP-Certified (or eligible for certification).
• Mental Health Experience – Preferably one year in community-based or direct care.
• Excellent Communicator – Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
• Self-Starter – Motivated, adaptable, and dedicated to client success.
• Compassionate – A genuine desire to empower and uplift others.
