## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team remote and in person. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily children, to implement behavior intervention plans and provide patient care.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations
## Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
