We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for a 14-year-old girl in Pennsville, NJ who is non-verbal but uses a few spoken words to communicate.

About the Client:

• Non-verbal with emerging verbal skills
• Can follow 3-step directions with occasional prompting
• Displays self-injurious behaviors (pulling her own hair and scratching her self) requiring skilled behavior management
• Responds positively to consistency and support

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior support and skill-building plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Provide consistent prompting and reinforcement
• Track and document progress accurately
• Support communication development and daily living skills
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times

Ideal Candidate:

• Active RBT certification (BACB required)
• Experience with non-verbal individuals and challenging behaviors
• Patient, reliable, and responsive to client needs
• Comfortable working independently in the home setting

Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours to be discussed based on client availability
