Not-for-profit Healthcare agency assisting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is seeking a fulltime Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement behavior plans, and train staff in the application of Behavior Analysis services within an Intensive Behavior licensed program.

Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessments and behavioral treatment programs. Conduct functional behavior assessments. Responsible for ensuring implementation of ABA therapy services in accordance with best clinical practices. Provide consultative services to parents, teachers, and other clinical/educational personnel. Provide staff training as needed. Responsible for coordination of home and school communication regarding treatment program. Recommend behavioral interventions based on behavioral observations and data. Provide in-service training to staff on application of behavior analysis to include procedures for implementing, tracking, and recording data to ensure measurable outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field. BCBA Certification required. At least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
