Shenandoah Psychological Services, a thriving outpatient private practice in Harrisonburg, VA, is seeking a dedicated and licensed clinical psychologist (LPC) to join our dynamic group practice as a full-time employee (W-2).

Position Details:
As a full-time employee, you will:

• Receive a steady stream of referrals to quickly build and maintain your caseload.
• Administrative support to help you focus on billable hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Provide therapy through in-person sessions at our local office and/or teletherapy, either from the office or remotely.
• Be available at least four days per week for in-office sessions to meet the needs of our local community.
• Enjoy flexibility in scheduling your working days/times.
• Tailor your caseload based on your areas of expertise and interests.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Salary + Commission:
• 25 billed hours per week: $91,000 annually
• 30 billed hours per week: $110,250 annually
• Doctoral-level psychologists may earn $10,000-$16,000 more annually for 25 billed hours per week, based on insurance billed.
• Compensation range based on 4 weeks of leave per year.

*Unlike independent contractor positions, we pay the employer-portion of social security and medicare taxes. In 2024, our employer-paid portion of taxes, health/vision/dental insurance, 401k matching, life insurance, short-term disability, and reimbursement for Psychology Today was an additional $13,000 - $24,000 in benefits for full-time employees (this amount was not included in the above estimates, it is in addition to that amount).

Therapist is expected to bill a minimum of 24 direct hours per week. Therapist schedule is flexible.

Requirements are:
