YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:
As our Client Care Manager - CCM, you'll be the heartbeat of our care delivery operations-
ensuring the right people are matched with the right clients at the right time. You'll manage
schedules, care standards, and client relationships with a steady hand and a compassionate
heart.
Expect to:

Oversee field staff scheduling for 60+ clients and 1,800+ weekly hours
Serve as the go-to for clients and family caregivers
Convert inquiries into lifelong client relationships
Collaborate with the DON and field staff to deliver care plans that exceed expectations
Monitor satisfaction and ensure our reputation for excellence is never compromised
Support billing, coding, and compliance processes with accuracy
Be ready to jump in and provide field care coverage if needed
Leverage BrightStar's tech tools to keep everything running like clockwork
This role comes with limited travel (up to 10%) for training, meetings, and occasional client
visits.

MUST-HAVES:
High school diploma
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Current CPR certification
2+ years of experience as a Customer Care Manager and/or managing customer service
within a healthcare office setting
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
Proficiency with computers, the internet, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint)
Ability to provide a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Ability to meet physical job demands, including lifting up to 50+ lbs.
Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
