New Behavioral Network is currently looking to hire staff to work in a head start program in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Position: Substitue 1:1 Behavior Interventionist
Location: HeadStart Program Atlantic City and Hammonton
Hours: Monday- Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized, 1:1 support to children with severe behavioral needs.
• Implement ABA-based strategies to promote positive behaviors and skill development.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
• Track and report progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children who have severe behaviors.
• ABA experience (Required).
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children thrive.
