Job Summary:
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients receive the best possible care experience. You will act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and the office staff to coordinate schedules, manage client care needs, and support our field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage caregiver-client schedules to ensure consistent and appropriate staffing
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their families regarding service updates and care needs
Communicate with caregivers about assignments, availability, and changes to schedules
Maintain accurate records of client care plans, documentation, and service delivery
Respond to calls and emails promptly with professionalism and empathy
Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver retention efforts as needed
Collaborate with the HR and compliance team to ensure all records and assignments are up to date
Provide problem-solving and customer service in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems)
Experience in healthcare, home care, or client service coordination preferred
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
