Summary

We are seeking a Licensed, or License-Eligible, Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Westside Behavioral Health. In this Fee For Service role, you will provide essential therapeutic services to adolescent and adult clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. Ability to work with children is a plus. This position plays a vital role in our commitment to delivering exceptional mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for adults and adolescents with diverse mental health needs. Ability to see couples is a plus.
• Opportunity to do psych testing if interested and if have requisite experience
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about best practices in clinical psychology and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• PsyD or PhD degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, or license eligible.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
