We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students, educators, and families within a school setting. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing intervention plans, and guiding the implementation of evidence-based strategies that promote positive behavior, social-emotional development, and academic success.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school psychologists to integrate behavioral supports into the classroom and school-wide environments

• Train and coach school staff, paraprofessionals, and other support personnel on behavior strategies and data collection
