We are looking to add a psychologist for our growing team! We can offer schedules ranging from 10-25 hours per week! The pay structure is a 70/30 split.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be licensed psychologists in Illinois (or have a PSYPACT).
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational testing and diagnostic evaluation for clients ages five through adult
- Score and draft reports for evaluations including intellectual, cognitive, projective, achievement, adaptive functioning, personality, and social-emotional tests as indicated
- Interpret test findings, results and materials as needed with multi-disciplinary team, families, schools and/or other professionals as needed
- Complete clinical charting notes/forms every Friday before midnight in EMR platform
- Responsible for thoroughly documenting initial assessments, evaluation and development of treatment plans for clients, preparation of discharge summaries and/or continuing care plan
- Reinforce clinical services and staff adherence to the practice’s standards, values, and quality of care
- Exhibit competency behaviors of the following: informally collaborate in the office with team members, friendly engagement in the office to support our hive culture, and contribute to the hive mind with knowledge and expertise
- Complete requested administrative information such as timesheet, calendar management, drive organization, etc.
- Communicate with organization’s team, external providers and clients/families in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Licensed psychologist in the state of Illinois or PSYPACT
- Demonstrates competence and is knowledgeable about how to complete a nutrition screening, as evidenced by applying proficient knowledge when using the nutrition screening tool, documenting thoroughly and accurately within the client's health record, and completes the screening within the timeline outlined in the policy and procedure.
- Ability to treat patients with dignity and empathy
- Demonstrates competence, and is knowledgeable about, adolescent developmental milestones
- Strong listening and communication skills
