About us

We are a telehealth mental health practice specializing in psychological evaluation services. We’re looking for licensed psychologists with strong clinical judgment, clear writing skills, and experience working at the intersection of psychology and the legal system.

Types of Evaluations We Commonly Provide:

  • Fitness for Duty Assessments (e.g., public safety, healthcare, government roles)
  • Forensic Psychological Evaluations

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Prior experience conducting Fitness for Duty & Return-to-Work Evaluations psychological evaluations
  • Ability to structure and write clear, legally defensible reports
  • Familiarity with psychological and neurocognitive testing tools
  • Strong clinical interviewing skills
  • Experience working with attorneys, courts, or public agencies
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • Experience with telehealth platforms
  • Willingness to testify in court

Our clinicians are fully supported by a team of administrative professionals so they can focus solely on clinical work.

  • Dedicated Intake Specialist: You’ll be matched with an intake coordinator experienced in Fitness for Duty & Return-to-Work Evaluationsevaluations who will pre-screen and qualify leads.
  • Care Coordination Team: Our care team handles client onboarding, including consent forms, intake questionnaires, and document collection.
  • Scheduling Support: We manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
  • You Focus on Clinical Work: Your only responsibilities are to complete the clinical interview(s) and write the report. We handle the rest.
