At Life Strategies, we’re a BCBA-owned and operated ABA agency based in Indiana, and we’re currently hiring a *Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)* to join our dedicated team in Crown Point. *What You’ll Do:*
* Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and create individualized ABA programs
* Supervise and provide training for RBTs and paraprofessionals
* Lead team and family meetings to support client progress
* Maintain high standards in treatment integrity, data collection, and reporting
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across home, school, and center-based settings
*What You Bring:*
* A bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
* Active BCaBA certification (or working toward it—training support available)
* Strong understanding of ABA principles and practical implementation
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
