INSTITUTES OF HEALTH is seeking a mission-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our First Responder Institute at our Anaheim clinic. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team providing trauma-informed care for first responders, veterans, and workers’ compensation patients.We’re looking for a clinician with a strong foundation in therapy and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who serve others.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide individual and group therapy within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Collaborate with psychologists, case managers, physicians, and other providers
Participate in weekly team case conferences to support patient progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Develop and revise treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Contribute to a positive and compassionate clinic environment

WHAT YOU BRING

Current, unrestricted LCSW license in California
Experience working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or chronic pain
Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Prior work with first responders or veterans
Familiarity with CBT, CPT, PE, or neurocognitive rehab
Experience working in the workers’ compensation system
Knowledge of technology and Electronic Medical Records systems
