We’re seeking passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) ready to lead with heart, collaborate with purpose, and deliver outstanding clinical care.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Clinic Director, you’ll:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs/BTs
• Provide caregiver training and guidance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing (BACB + state license if required)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• 2+ years of BCaBA experience (preferred)
• Experience with Central Reach (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
