Position Summary:
Share The Care Hospice, Inc. is seeking compassionate, results-driven, and professional Hospice Marketers to join our growing team. We are hiring for Per Diem, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions to help expand our referral network across Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Ventura Counties.

This is a field-based role (not remote or digital). Ideal candidates have healthcare sales or marketing experience, particularly in hospice or home health, and a passion for supporting patients and families during critical moments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, clinics, and physician offices
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and providers
Educate healthcare professionals and families about hospice eligibility and services
Identify and follow up on hospice-appropriate referrals
Coordinate with admissions and clinical team to support patient transitions
Maintain accurate marketing activity logs and lead reports

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing
Familiarity with Medicare hospice eligibility criteria
Existing referral relationships in any of the listed counties is a strong plus
Bilingual (Spanish, Farsi, Tagalog, Armenian, or Assyrian) is helpful
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout your assigned territory
