Our busy Chiropractic Office is looking for an Exceptional Back Office Assistants

We are seeking a compassionate, friendly, and efficient Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, patient-focused individual who can deliver exceptional care while managing multiple responsibilities

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you are a positive person with great communication skills and a passion for helping others through our natural and holistic healthcare. You are responsible for greeting our practice members, keeping them accountable to their schedule and collecting money. You must have great phone skills and computer software knowledge. You always keep your workspace clean and assist other team members when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

· Fulfill and carry out prescribed treatment schedules with high-quality care.

· Educate patients about their care plans and promote the practice’s services.

· Assist the doctor in providing treatments and ensuring follow-through with patient care.

· Handle multiple patients simultaneously with professionalism and compassion.

· Serve as a liaison between Dr. and patient

· Assist with examinations and x-rays

· Play a critical role in supporting patient satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the practice.

· Stay one step ahead of the Dr and anticipate her needs

· Must be able to take a pro-active approach to problem solving

· You feel good about using your strong people skills to help our clients become healthy and happy!

All necessary training will be provided!

Monday: 6:45am - 11:30am & 2:45pm - 6:45pm

Tuesday: 2:30pm- 6:45pm

Wednesday: 6:45am - 11:15am & 2:45pm - 6:45pm

Thursday: 2:30pm to 6:45pm

Friday: 6:45am to 11:30pm

Alternating Saturdays from 6:45am to 9:30am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
