Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions, promoting positive behavioral change
- Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors for analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
